Opulence12 Rules, Guidelines and Charges

To ensure that all guests enjoy their stay at Opulence12 Suites, we kindly ask you to take the following rules and guidelines into consideration:

  1. Check-in time: 14:00
    Check-out time: 11:00
    a. For a seamless check-in process, a valid identification document is required (ID Card, Passport, Driver’s License, VAT Number).
    b. Late check-out requests are subject to a charge of €30 per hour after 11:00.

  2. The suites are fully serviced and cleaned every 3rd day between 10:00 – 14:00. Guests are kindly requested to allow access during this time frame unless otherwise requested.
    a. Requests for extra cleaning services, towel changes, or bed linen changes are charged at €40 per service.
    b. Any cleaning or room service requests outside the above-mentioned time frame or day will be charged €40.
    c. Cleaning services are not provided on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

  3. Guests must inform Opulence12 Suites in advance if they are traveling with pets.
    a. Only one pet up to ±8kg is permitted. No exceptions apply.
    b. Pets are subject to a cleaning service charge of €20 per day.
    c. Failure to notify Opulence12 Suites about traveling with a pet will result in a charge of €40 per day.

  4. The minibar contains items that are charged according to the price list displayed on the exterior of the minibar door.

  5. The suites are delivered fully functional with all provided amenities. Any damages to the suite or its contents will be charged accordingly.

  6. The building accommodates multiple suites. We kindly ask for your respect and consideration toward other guests and our staff.

  7. Please keep all common areas clean and free of personal belongings.

  8. There may be noise from the surrounding neighborhood or within the building. These circumstances are beyond our control, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  9. Designated quiet hours:
    a. Daily from 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:30.

  10. Washing and drying facilities are located on the lower level and are accessible via stairs.

  11. Upon check-out, please ensure that all personal belongings are collected. Any items left behind will not be retained by Opulence12 Suites. Claims for compensation for lost personal items will not be accepted.

  12. All suites are strictly non-smoking.
    a. Guests who smoke are kindly requested to do so on the balcony only, not inside the suite.

  13. Extra person charges:
    a. Children over 6 years of age – free of charge
    b. Children under 7 years of age – €20/day
    c. Adults 18 years and over – €50/day

Ο απόλυτος προορισμός πολυτέλειας και τέχνης στην καρδιά της Καρπάθου. Καλώς ήρθατε στο Opulence12. Οι σουίτες μας, εμπνευσμένες από την εμβληματική τέχνη του Daniel Boudinet, συνδυάζουν εκλεπτυσμένη αισθητική με εξαιρετική φιλοξενία.

Ζήστε μια αίσθηση απόλυτης χαλάρωσης μέσα από τον αρμονικό συνδυασμό χρωμάτων — βαθύ μπλε, χρυσό και γήινους τόνους. Απολαύστε τη πολυτελή σας διαμονή καθώς το μαγευτικό φως του Νοτίου Αιγαίου φωτίζει κάθε στιγμή.

Πολιτικές Λειτουργίας

Το Opulence12 Suites λειτουργεί με βάση την άμεση επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες και τα αιτήματα παροχής υπηρεσιών, με στόχο κάθε επισκέπτης να αισθάνεται ευπρόσδεκτος και σαν στο σπίτι του. Σε περίπτωση που μπορούμε να προσφέρουμε επιπλέον υπηρεσίες ή παροχές πέραν αυτών που αναφέρονται στις παροχές, μη διστάσετε να επικοινωνήσετε με οποιοδήποτε μέλος της ομάδας του Opulence12 Suites!

Κανόνες, Οδηγίες και Χρεώσεις Opulence12

Για να απολαύσουν όλοι οι επισκέπτες τη διαμονή τους στο Opulence12 Suites, παρακαλούμε να ληφθούν υπόψη οι παρακάτω κανόνες και οδηγίες:

  1. Ώρα Check-in: 14:00
    Ώρα Check-out: 11:00
    a. Για την ομαλή διαδικασία check-in απαιτείται έγκυρο έγγραφο ταυτοποίησης (Ταυτότητα, Διαβατήριο, Δίπλωμα Οδήγησης, ΑΦΜ).
    b. Αιτήματα για late check-out χρεώνονται με 30€ ανά ώρα μετά τις 11:00.

  2. Οι σουίτες καθαρίζονται και εξυπηρετούνται κάθε 3η ημέρα μεταξύ 10:00 – 14:00. Συνιστούμε να επιτρέπεται η πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιο κατά το διάστημα αυτό, εκτός αν ζητηθεί διαφορετικά.
    a. Επιπλέον καθαρισμός, αλλαγή πετσετών ή λευκών ειδών χρεώνεται με 40€ ανά αλλαγή.
    b. Αιτήματα καθαρισμού εκτός του παραπάνω χρονικού πλαισίου χρεώνονται με 40€.
    c. Δεν παρέχονται υπηρεσίες καθαρισμού τα Σαββατοκύριακα (Σάββατο & Κυριακή).

  3. Οι επισκέπτες οφείλουν να ενημερώνουν εκ των προτέρων εάν ταξιδεύουν με κατοικίδιο.
    a. Επιτρέπεται μόνο ένα κατοικίδιο έως ±8 κιλά, χωρίς εξαιρέσεις.
    b. Τα κατοικίδια επιβαρύνονται με χρέωση καθαρισμού 20€ ανά ημέρα.
    c. Μη δήλωση κατοικιδίου συνεπάγεται χρέωση 40€ ανά ημέρα.

  4. Το mini bar περιλαμβάνει προϊόντα που χρεώνονται σύμφωνα με τον τιμοκατάλογο που βρίσκεται στο εξωτερικό μέρος της πόρτας του ψυγείου.

  5. Οι σουίτες παραδίδονται πλήρως λειτουργικές με όλες τις παροχές τους. Τυχόν ζημιές στον χώρο ή στον εξοπλισμό χρεώνονται αναλόγως.

  6. Το κτίριο φιλοξενεί και άλλες σουίτες· παρακαλούμε για τον σεβασμό προς τους υπόλοιπους επισκέπτες και το προσωπικό.

  7. Παρακαλούμε να διατηρείτε τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους καθαρούς και χωρίς προσωπικά αντικείμενα.

  8. Ενδέχεται να υπάρχει θόρυβος από τη γειτονιά ή εντός του κτιρίου. Πρόκειται για συνθήκες πέραν του ελέγχου μας και ζητούμε συγγνώμη για οποιαδήποτε ενόχληση.

  9. Ώρες κοινής ησυχίας:
    a. 15:00 – 17:30 και 23:00 – 07:30 καθημερινά.

  10. Πλυντήριο και στεγνωτήριο βρίσκονται στο κατώτερο επίπεδο και είναι προσβάσιμα μέσω σκάλας.

  11. Κατά το check-out βεβαιωθείτε ότι έχετε παραλάβει όλα τα προσωπικά σας αντικείμενα. Αντικείμενα που ξεχαστούν δεν φυλάσσονται και δεν γίνονται δεκτές αξιώσεις αποζημίωσης.

  12. Όλες οι σουίτες είναι αυστηρά μη καπνιζόντων.
    a. Το κάπνισμα επιτρέπεται μόνο στο μπαλκόνι και όχι εντός της σουίτας.

  13. Χρεώσεις επιπλέον ατόμου:
    a. > 6 ετών – δωρεάν
    b. < 7 ετών – 20€/ημέρα
    c. Ενήλικες 18+ – 50€/ημέρα
