Booking Terms – Opulence12<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. General Terms<\/b>
    <\/b>The following terms and conditions govern your booking and stay at Opulence12. By making a booking, you accept these terms.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Reservations<\/b>
    <\/b>Reservations are made upon completion of the booking process through our website, via email, or by phone.<\/span>
    <\/span>To validate your booking, a deposit or full payment is required as specified during the booking process.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Rates and Payments<\/b>
    <\/b>Rates apply for the dates of the booking and include VAT and other relevant taxes.<\/span>
    <\/span>Full payment for your stay must be made upon arrival unless otherwise agreed upon during the booking process.<\/span>
    <\/span>Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other permitted methods.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Cancellation Policy<\/b>
    <\/b>For cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.<\/span>
    <\/span>For cancellations within 1 day of arrival or in cases of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded, and the full cost of the stay may be charged.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Check-In and Check-Out<\/b>
    <\/b>Check-in time is from 14:00 pm, and check-out time is until 11:00 am.<\/span>
    <\/span>Please inform us in advance if you anticipate a delayed arrival.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Pet Policy<\/b>
    <\/b>Small pets and guide dogs or animals required for assisted living are permitted.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with an assistance animal before making a reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Guest Conduct<\/b>
      <\/b>Guests are responsible for maintaining peace and order during their stay.<\/span>
      <\/span>If a guest\u2019s behaviour causes disruption or discomfort to other guests, the accommodation reserves the right to request their departure without a refund.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Smoking Policy<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The rooms are strictly non-smoking, there are no exceptions.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Damage and security<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Guests that have directly or indirectly caused damage of any kind to any part of the hotel and its contents will be held liable and responsible.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The security system (CCTV) installed throughout the premises is for the protection of the hotel. Access to this system is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Accommodation Liability<\/b>
          <\/b>The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests\u2019 personal belongings during their stay.<\/span>
          <\/span>In the event of any damage or accident involving our facilities, please contact the reception immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Renovations or Repairs<\/b>
            <\/b>If maintenance or renovation work is necessary during your stay, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. However, the hotel is not liable for any inconvenience that may occur.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. Privacy and Data Protection<\/b>
              <\/b>Your personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to complete the reservation and to communicate with you regarding your stay.<\/span>
              <\/span>The hotel is committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. Health and Safety Policy<\/b>
                <\/b>The hotel follows strict health and safety regulations to protect its guests.<\/span>
                <\/span>In the event of a pandemic or other emergency, the hotel reserves the right to implement additional safety and hygiene measures.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Parties, and excessive noise outside the designated times is prohibited. The designated quiet periods as per regulation are –\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

                  15:30 – 17:30 & 22:00 – 07:30 (Summer Period)<\/span><\/p>\n

                  15:00 – 17:30 & 23:00 – 07:30 (Winter Period)<\/span><\/p>\n

                  1. Amendments to Terms<\/b>
                    <\/b>The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. All amendments will take effect from the date they are published on the accommodation’s website.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  2. Governing Law<\/b>
                    <\/b>These terms and conditions are governed by Greek law, and any disputes that may arise will be resolved in the competent courts of [Karpathos or Rhodes].<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
